Bidvest Premier Lounge has various agreements in place with different partners. In terms of which cards qualify for complimentary access this is decided by respective partner. For a customer to determine whether or not the card is eligible for complimentary lounge access and how many visits they qualify for, they must please consult with the partner in question. Note that each partner’s terms and conditions concerning access may vary. It has been agreed in standard terms that Bidvest Premier Lounge will comply with the following principles when granting lounge access to any cardholder that forms part of a partner agreement.
- Bidvest Premier Lounge will not accept any cardholders with expired cards.
- Bidvest Premier Lounge will only allow cardholders if the card name and surname match the boarding pass name and surname.
- Bidvest Premier Lounge will not allow the passenger into the lounge without a valid card present.
- As per airport regulations, please do not leave your personal belongings unattended. Bidvest Premier Lounge will not accept liability for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
- Alcohol only available between 11h00 and 02h00 as per South African Liquor Regulations.
- All payments to be made in ZAR and will be taxed as per South African Law.
- PLEASE NOTE: No digital cards are accepted in the lounge. Please contact your banking partner for more information regarding this.
- PLEASE NOTE: No CASH is accepted as payment in the lounge.
IMPORTANT NOTE: No online INTERNATIONAL bookings will be accepted for Cape Town INTERNATIONAL lounges due to capacity restrictions.
- Only a physical or electronic copy of valid online voucher must be presented upon arrival at the respective lounge.
- Lounge access is subject to space available and will be applied on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- Invoices will NOT be accepted as proof of purchase.

Only if the passenger has a legitimate reason for the voucher purchase to be refunded may a refund take place. This will be determined by the sole discretion of Bidvest Premier Lounge. If approved a 5% admin fee will be applicable to the purchase amount and will be refunded to the passenger by means of EFT, once the passenger has provided confirmation of banking details in the form of a bank confirmation letter.

Vouchers that have expired may not be refunded
- Payments can be made by credit card or EFT to the relevant bank account in South African Currency (ZAR) only.
- Full Payment must reflect in the relevant bank account a minimum of 7 days prior to departure date for the booking to be confirmed and for vouchers to be released.
- Online vouchers will not be released on weekends or SA public holidays.
- Please note that cheques are not accepted.
- Please note, as per payment merchant terms and conditions when a purchase is made, there is an authorisation on the funds. The bank will hold the funds for a few days (about 10 business days) and then release them back into the card holder’s account.
- Lounge access will only be granted to passengers two (2) hours prior to scheduled departure (wheels up) in the case of domestic flights and four (4) hours prior to scheduled departure (wheels up) in the case of international flights. Therefore, should the Passenger’s visit exceed the above time periods for whatever reason, Bidvest Premier Lounge will be entitled to charge the client again at a fee payable in the lounge.
- Effective 1st February 2016 early arrival fees will be charged in 15-minute intervals, payable in the lounge upon arrival.
- Bidvest Premier Lounge in its sole discretion will be entitled to decide what hospitality will be made available to users of the lounges which may include an adequate supply of refreshments, newspapers, periodicals and any other items for the use or consumption by the Passengers in the Lounges. The quality and specification of the refreshments will likewise be determined by Bidvest Premier Lounge in its sole discretion.
- It is important to note that the purchase of a voucher is not an automatic reservation – it only provides the bearer access to the premier lounge. However, under the Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare Act, we cannot allow you access into the lounge should the lounge be full even upon presentation of a valid voucher.
- Please be informed that restrictions have been put in place in terms of the number of passengers that each lounge can accommodate on each occasion (time periods are specified above). Should the user intend to book for more passengers than what the lounge can accommodate at the given time, head office should be contacted for further information. Bidvest Premier Lounge reserves the right not to grant access, if a passenger does not present a valid voucher at point of entry, during the relevant operating hours, subject to Bidvest Premier Lounge’s right of admission being reserved at all times.
- All vouchers purchased online are valid for three (3) years from date of purchase. If the voucher is used after 1st February, but within 3 years, then there may be an additional cost difference payable in the lounge if the rate has increased during that time.
- Bidvest Premier Lounge reserves the right not to grant access if a passenger does not present a valid voucher at point of entry, during the relevant operating hours, subject to Bidvest Premier Lounges right of admission being reserved at all times.
- The Bidvest Premier Lounge Web Site is comprised of various Web pages operated by Bidvest Premier Lounge Services.
- The Bidvest Premier Lounge Web Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Bidvest Premier Lounge Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions of notices.
POPI (Protection of Personal Information) Compliance
The user understands their right to privacy and the right to have their personal information processed in accordance with the conditions for the lawful processing of personal information and hereby gives their consent to Bidvest Premier Lounges to collect, process and distribute relevant personal information where Bidvest Premier Lounges is legally required to do so bidvestlounge@bidvestcatering.
Bidvest Premier Lounge reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which the Bidvest Premier Lounge Web Site is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Bidvest Premier Lounge Web Site.

The Bidvest Premier Lounge Web Site may contain links to other Web Sites (“Linked Sites”). The Linked Sites are not under the control of Bidvest Premier Lounge and Bidvest Premier Lounge is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Sites, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. Bidvest Premier Lounge is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any Linked Site. Bidvest Premier Lounge is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Bidvest Premier Lounge of the site or any association with its operators.
As a condition of your use of the Bidvest Premier Lounge Web Site, you warrant to Bidvest Premier Lounge that you will not use the Bidvest Premier Lounge Web Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices. You may not use the Bidvest Premier Lounge Web Site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Bidvest Premier Lounge Web Site or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Bidvest Premier Lounge Web Site. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Bidvest Premier Lounge Web Site.
The Bidvest Premier Lounge Web Site may contain bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other message or communications facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group (collectively, “Communications Services”), you agree to use the Communications Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using a Communication Service, you will not defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal right (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others. Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communication Services. Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular Communication Service. Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent. Bidvest Premier Lounge has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Bidvest Premier Lounge reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Bidvest Premier Lounge reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever Bidvest Premier Lounge reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Bidvest Premier Lounge sole discretion. Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Bidvest Premier Lounge does not control or endorse the content, message or information found in any Communication Service and therefore, Bidvest Premier Lounge specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. Managers and hosts are not authorized Bidvest Premier Lounge spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of Bidvest Premier Lounge Services. Bidvest Premier Lounge does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to Bidvest Premier Lounge (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any Bidvest Premier Lounge Web Site or its associated services (collectively “Submissions”). Bidvest Premier Lounge reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Bidvest Premier Lounge Web Site and related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. GENERAL- to the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in South Africa. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Bidvest Premier Lounge Web Site. Use of the Bidvest Premier Lounge Web Site is unauthorised in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitations this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Bidvest Premier Lounge as a result of this agreement or use of the Bidvest Premier Lounge Web Site. Bidvest Premier Lounge performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Bidvest Premier Lounge right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Bidvest Premier Lounge Web Site or information provided to or gathered by Bidvest Premier Lounge Services with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Bidvest Premier Lounge with respect to the Bidvest Premier Lounge Web Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Bidvest Premier Lounge with respect to the Bidvest Premier Lounge Web Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceeding based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express with to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English. Note that Bidvest Premier Lounge access and/or restrictions are subject to National Key Point Act regulations (Act No. 102 of 1980)
